Greetings Yellow Rose Chapter Members:

It’s time to make nominations for the 2025 Yellow Rose Clerk of the Year! Please submit your nomination below; Clerk of the Year nominees must meet the following criteria:

1. Must currently be an active member of TMCA and the Yellow Rose Chapter, and must have been an active member for at least three years.

2. Must have provided service to other municipal clerks on a local level where the opportunity exists, or on a state level.

3. Must have exhibited leadership abilities.

4. Must have the Texas Registered Municipal Clerk (TRMC) Certification.

5. Must currently hold a municipal clerk position.

6. Must not be a prior recipient of the Yellow Rose Clerk of the Year award.

Nomination Deadline: Friday, October 24, 2025; The Clerk of the Year Committee will review all nominations received and the recipient will be announced at the December Chapter meeting.
