In accordance with the Bylaws of the Yellow Rose Chapter of the Texas Municipal Clerks Association, Inc, Article IX, Section 1, dues shall be collected on the fiscal year and paid by October 31st. This form will be automatically submitted to the Membership Committee Chair.
